Rebate Received 08/01/2008

Last night after my husband and I got home from a late night out we checked our mailbox and it overflowed with Birthday cards (today is my birthday – I’m getting too old to mention the age on a public forum), free samples (Uncle Ben’s Rice, Tampons, Shampoo, and the list goes on…), and most excitingly was the $4.79  Excedrin Back and Body Rebate Check. I want to applaud Excedrin for the time that they got out their rebate checks, it literally took less than two weeks!

I’ve decided to put all my rebate checks into a seperate account and see how much money I have at the end of the year that I wouldn’t have had if I had thrown away the form and not taken the few seconds it took to fill out my name and address and walk a stamped envelope to the mailbox.
